Miss Earth 2012: Back In The Pearl Of The Orient Seas!

It has been rumored that Indonesia will be the host country for the 12th edition of the world's most relevant beauty pageant, unfortunately it may not push through this time as it will be held again back in the Philippines at the Mall of Asia Arena, Manila.

The advocacy-driven pageant aligns itself with the United Nations' theme for 2012 as the "International Year of Sustainable Energy for All", so expect a set of mind-boggling questions from the board of judges come finals night.

The reigning Miss Earth Olga Olava of Ecuador will crown her successor on the 24th of November 2012. Aside from the grand tittle, there are other three "elemental tittles" at stake of equal importance and the same ranking which will be awarded to the three lucky contenders on the coronation night, to be broadcasted live on Star World channel at 8:00PM.

L-R: Athena Mae Imperial of Philippines as Miss Earth-Water, Olga Olava of Ecuador
as Miss Earth, Driely Bennettone of Brazil as Miss Earth-Air and Caroline Medina of Venezuela
as Miss Earth-Fire
