Police Officer 2 Mariano Flormata Jr. a.k.a Neil Perez outlasted 28 other aspirants from around the world and won the title as the 9th Mister International during the grand finals held inside the Grand Ballroom of Inter-Bugo Hotel in Ansan, South Korea.

Proclaimed as Neil's First Runner-Up was Rabhi El-Zein of Lebanon with Tomas Dumbrovsky of Czech Republic as Second Runner-Up while the equally handsome contenders from Poland Rafal Maslak and Slovenia's Mitja Nadizar were named as Third and Fourth Runners-Up.

The ultimate victor and his runners-up.

Neil currently holds the record as the very first Filipino titleholder of this Singapore-based male beauty quest. This is also the second consecutive year that the Philippines made it to the top five of the said pageant with Gil Wagas who victoriously nabbed the Fourth Runner-Up spot last year.

The 29 years old Police Officer of PNP's Aviation and Security Group dedicates his win to his fallen 44 comrades of the Philippine National Police Special Action Forces who were ruthlessly slain in Mamaspano, Maguindanao tragedy.

Congratulations Neil Perez and thank you for bringing such honor to our country!
