She was crowned by Miss International Queen 2015 Trixie Maristela from the Philippines at the end of the pageant. Jiratchaya outshone 24 other candidates including the two finalists Natalie de Oliveira from Brazil and Andrea Collazo from Venezuela who bagged the First and the Second Runner-Up honors respectively.

Philippine representatives Sabel Gonzales and Stacy Biano both made it in the Top Ten Finalists including the delegates from Japan, Laos, Mexico, USA and Brazil (Candidate 1).

Dubbed as the world's largest and most popular transgender beauty pageant, Miss International Queen is an annual spectacle staged in Pattaya's Tiffany Theatre, famous for its transvestite cabaret show. The contest was first held in 2004 to promote acceptance of the transgender women in the society.

Jiratchaya is the fourth Thai trans woman who was crowned Miss International Queen since the pageant's inception twelve years ago.
