Binibining Pilipinas 2017 National Costume: Exotic Seven

The Exotic Seven. Binibining Pilipinas 2017 candidates in their National Costume portraits.

The girls that comprised the Exotic Seven list are basically the ones whose National Costumes have unique inspiration and generally of tribal or ethnic origin. And here are my top picks:

Sirene Sutton in her National Costume portrait.
Binibining Pilipinas 2017

1. Sirene Sutton. That supermodel smize and projection are expensive. The concept of the costume is also quite different from the rest. The design maybe simple, but Sirene certainly knows how to rock it. She nailed the shot perfectly!
Kimberly Pajares in her National Costume portrait.
Binibining Pilipinas 2017

2. Kimberly Pajares. Kim is a gorgeous tribal queen in this ensemble. Her beauty stood out in this particular shot and I just love how the design showcases her legs that seem to stretch endlessly.

Nelda Ibe in her National Costume portrait.
Binibining Pilipinas 2017

3. Nelda Ibe. The headdress inspired from the golden sun is very eye-catching. I guess it would've been much lovelier if she stretches her hands a little bit wider in a more artistic position, to give more emphasis on the details of the gown itself as well as her curves.
Maria Nama in her National Costume portrait.
Binibining Pilipinas 2017

4. Maria Nama. I think the concept was inspired primarily from the legendary 'Maria Makiling'. The color combination of yellow, black and white also added some mystery and warmth to the overall aura of the design.
Karla Manongsong in her National Costume portrait.
Binibining Pilipinas 2017

5. Karla Manongsong. The color of the design is very mother nature-friendly. The lengthy fringes from the butterfly sleeves contribute some dramatic value to the terno. I couldn't think of a better execution than what Karla does here. Her pose makes her so sophisticated and elegant.
Christagale Borja in her National Costume portrait.
Binibining Pilipinas 2017

6. Christagale Borja. She is obviously portraying a warrior princess from the ancient Philippine tribe. The intricate details in the warrior costume as well as the choice of color are carefully well-planned. Christa looks fierce yet entrancing.

Liezel Ramos in her National Costume portrait.
Binibining Pilipinas 2017

7. Liezel Ramos. She looks even more exotic and enticing with this metallic-colored creation. Although the design is quite simple devoid of any extra-ordinary embellishments, its simplicity enhances Liezel's Pinay beauty.
