Mustafa Galal Mohammed Elezali of Egypt - Man of the World 2017

Mustafa Galal Mohammed Elezali, a Manila-based model from Egypt edged out 27 other contestants for the inaugural Man of the World 2017 pageant which was held at One Esplanade, Pasay City, Philippines last Friday night, July 28th. Darkhorse Nguyen Huulong of Vietnam was named first runner-up while Palestine's Abou Wassim Sahyoun settled as second runner-up. Completing the winning circle of five were Moldova's Victor Suiu and Guam's Jake limtiaco. Netizen's favorite Tatsuya Furuyama of Japan surprisingly didn't make it even in the semi-final cut. Tatsuya's exclusion remains a mystery as of the moment. 

Mustafa is a graduate of Commerce major in finance at Alexandria University in Cairo, Egypt before venturing into international modeling. The 26 year-old Egyptian, who has a towering height of 6'2'' also models at AVON Philippines, a widely-known cosmetic brand in the country and his beautiful physique is also a familiar image at SM super mall, a renowned, biggest mall network in South East Asia.

The remaining five finalists who made it in the Top Ten were James Carne of Australia, Marc Torres of Spain, Enrique Antonio Santana Perez of Puerto Rico, Christian Hernandez Ruiz of Colombia and Christopher Dulagan of the Philippines. 

The Man of the World 2017 titleholder will be promoting the organization's mission and vision for his whole reign. He will be an active advocate for education awareness, career development and tourism.
