Mixed ASEAN Beauties for Miss Universe 2017

Miss Universe 2017 delegates: Samantha James, Rachel Peters and Mariah Ehren

Three of the South East Asian countries have just crowned accomplished women of mixed ethnicities as their bets for this year’s Miss Universe edition. They are Samantha Katie James of Malaysia, Rachel Peters of the Philippines and Maria Ehren of Thailand.

It isn’t surprising why these mixed beauties were tapped to compete. The gorgeous trifecta has possessed quite strong elements to emerge triumphant in the universal pageant arena where more than 80 of the most glamorous women in the universe will converge and compete for the title and the crown currently worn by Iris Mittenare of France.

Samantha, Rachel and Maria (Mareeya) are not only endowed with the physical attributes that will make them shine on stage, the three are also eloquent speakers with good professional background. They have the brains to wrestle out the mind-boggling questions in the interview rounds and the stamina to surmount the energy-depleting challenges in Miss Universe.

The sterling qualities to succeed in the hotly-contested beauty derby are already embedded in their genes. It all boils down to their respective performances the moment they set their feet on the beauty battlefield. Only time can tell who among these three mixed and beautiful ASEAN beauties will be the most victorious in the end.
